Vivek, By taking 120 degrees, you are measuring the arc length of AC (in my diagram attached, that is the dotted line) while you dont know what that value is. The only info you know is about arc ABC (the dark solid line). Since 120 + x = 360 at the center, x = 240. As you already know the length of ...

I think the answer is C - 50 + 3I/100 This is how I approached it. Lets call the Income of the person as I. 2% of I would be 2I/100 Arithmetic Mean (Average) of 100 units of currency = Sum of 100 units / 100 = 50*100 / 100 = 50 1% of I would be I/100 Adding them all up = 50 + 3I/100 Is this the righ...

put n=1 thus 7+ 2^14.. ( if we take the cyclic order 2^14 will have 4 as the unit place..) How do you know to use n=1? and then to use 2^14?? Thanks Since the question says n is a positive number, the first positive number is 1 and when n=1, the exponent is 8*1 + 6 = 14. So, we try to find 7 + 2^14...

Since they are asking us to find a 2-digit number with a length of 6 - we need to find numbers from 10-99 with the prime factors. Since 2 is the lowest prime, try 2x2x2x2x2x2 = 6 factors of 2 = 64 Next try replacing one of the 2s with the next high prime number 3: 2x2x2x2x2x3 = 5 factors of 2 and on...
