how much overlap is there between the orange OG and the purple/green quant and verbal workbooks that GMAC sells? is it worth doing both the orange books and the purple and green supplements?

Where do i get the MGMAT CATs for which everyone is quoting their scores? Is it on a CD in a book? Or do you purchase online?

timing
i always end up taking too long on ds questions. i usually have to pick numbers and feel that it takes forever to test a wide variety of numbers. is there a quick set of numbers i should test, so that after testing i can confidently say the statement is always true or always false?
