The argument states that the higher the temperature the greater the amount of molecular motion. The more molecular motion, the greater the number of errors in the visual system. Therefore, animals whose body temperature-and by extension the temperature of the retinae-match their surroundings are likely to have more molecular motion. And the more molecular motion, the greater the number of errors in the visual system.
Therefore, the answer that matches this is (B).
@Ramesh, let me know if that was helpful .

Thanks Chris for the reply and the explanation provided; The point that is bothering me is that, when the answer choice talks about body temperature is high, should I directly take it for granted that the retina temperature will also be high . If we look at the premises given in the question, more the retina temperature more problem in the visual system.
