A pharmaceutical company received $3mil. in royalty on the first 20 mil. sales and thenm 9 mil in royalty on the next 108 mil sale. By approxiamtely what % did the ratio of royalty to sales decrease from the first 20 mil on sals to the next 108 mil in slaes?

for first 20M sales ratio is = 3/20
for next 108M sales ratio is = 9/108 = 1/12

% decrease = ((3/20) - (1/12)) * 100/(3/20)
= (4/60) * 100/(3/20)
= 400/9 = 44.44
