Hey guys,
I took the gmat today and I blew it. I only got a 540 on the test. I really want a higher score and I know I am able to do that.
I think I studied wrong. I mostly did practice exams but hardly any practice problems because I figured I am good in math. I should have never taken the exam today because my test scores weren't really good either.
can anybody maybe give me some tips how I can study better or just tips in general?
Also what are the disadvantages of taking the test multiple times?
Thanks for your answers.
blew the test today but have to take it again

Sorry to hear that.
Yes taking alone does not take you anywhere. Ideally when you take a test for 4 hours, you need to review the test questions for atlease 8 hours. And you should give atleast 2-3 weeks time before you take the next test. The idea is to measure the progress qualitatively and see whether you score is improving.
