I was able to solve the question, but it took me a little longer than 2 minutes to come up with the answer.
Not understanding what the question is asking is by far the biggest reason why I get questions wrong.

B isn't bad but E is tighter I think. If you spent 75 minutes/visit last year, you could have spent all 75 minutes in one store. This year, you could have visited 20 stores in one hour...or vice-versa. Time doesn't necessarily dictate the amount of stores you visit.
