I have doubts with the conclusion of this argument. therefore 1. Fewer house constructed -----------> less people moving in. OR therefore 2. Less people moving in -----------> fewer house constructed. The 2nd option sounds more appropriate. Please comment guys.

What is OA? IMO C. The issue with B is that although it says "exceptionally high temperatures", it fails to mention if the high temperature is greater than the threshold temperature. We have to assume that this is the case, which i believe is to much to assume. Whereas, C clearly cites som...

I believe option A weakens the argument. Explanation: Not being able to attend the college-level course will not deter anyone from committing the crime implies the course has no effect. And thus this will not be counter-effective as the conclusion says.

Grammatically, 'almost' is an adverb. So, it must modify 'until' which is an adjective modifying '1900'.
