Hi All,

I am planning to enroll myself for E-GMAT's Sentence correction Course. I would require the inputs of fellow mates if it is necessary/good to have gone through the Aristotle SC Grail before taking the E-GMAT's course. Please guys, be generous to share your thoughts.

Do note that I am aware that Manhattan SC is said to be the best, however, it has not been of much benefit to me. Hence, please don't suggest Manhattan'SC. :)
Cheers,

My quick answer would be No (you don't need go through). The e-gmat course doesn't require you to read any of the books you mentioned. On the other hand, you need to be familiar with basics such as parts of speech, subjects, predicates and the like. If you struggle with these concepts MGMAT Verbal foundations may be beneficial for you while you go through the e-gmat course. Before you sign-up, I recommend that you sign-up for a free trial and take a diagnostic test. Go through all level 1 preview concepts and then decide if the e-gmat approach will work for you or not. Additionally, you may also want to try GMATprepnow SC as well, which starts from the basics of Grammar and is a tad cheaper as well. Both of these courses are pretty good, I used both of them for my prep, but I recommend that you stick with one of them to save time and money .

Thanks

Aristotle vs MGMAT SC

This just popped-up in my head, but I will share it with you anyways. In my humble opinion Aristotle SC grail is better than MGMAT SC guide, because its more crisp and to the point, on the other hand MGMAT SC is the ultimate guide (if you appreciate content depth). Additionally, all SC prep should focus on the OG, some like to build more background before they attempt the OG, so it really depends how much information you want to know before you attempt the OG questions. Aristotle SC offers a shorter path so does GMATPREPNOW. Whichever path you take, you should plan on spending some extra time reviewing those OG questions. Mastering the OG questions will put on the road to GMAT success.

Thanks Muneeb for the response and I have enrolled for E-GMAT's sentence correction. Hope, this brings in the desired result. As of now,I plan to stick to E-GMAT and in case, this doesn't improve my score signifiantly and then I would consider Aristotle SC Grail.
