From the information provided I'd consider these programs to be largely in the reasonable reach category. While you appear qualified by the numbers, it's hard to see a clear element of distinction in the profile, which is important considering you're in the over-represented Indian IT group. That said, your extracurriculars look strong. However, one key factor, your work experience, isn't clear. I don't know whatyou do, and also don't know your level of impact and achievement, and whether you excel and stand out among accomplished peers - all critical factors for these competitive programs.
