Dear Consultant,
Kindly evaluate my profile..

1. 29 yrs, Female, Single, Indian
2. IT Professional, Masters in Computer Applications, 2002 pass out
3. Total Experience - 6 yrs, in two organizations
4. GMAT Score: 660, Quant 45, Verbal 36

5. Roles played: Developer, Lead, Manager, Max. number of reportees: 8
6. Also worked on business opportunities and getting new clients (for short term)
7. Volunteering experience (Community work) for around 2.5 yrs..
Worked as a teacher, also worked on a social enterpreneurship models - like manufacturing small items etc.
8. International exp. Short term assignments only in US, Europe. But not much
9. Academics: 90% percent throughout, but not from well know colleges

What am I looking for in an MBA :

1. First preference: MBA (some emphasis on social sector jobs, public policy making, social enterpreneurship etc. ) This will a career shift for me.

2. Second preference: IT consulting, Marketing, possible lateral shift in IT Sector

With reference to the above information, could you tell me which schools I should apply to? The information is overwhelming.
But I believe I should get second tier schools, ranking from 25 - 50 ?

I couldn't find much on the non-profit front though. Chicago GSB is one, but I guess I won't get through due to low score.

Thanks in anticipation,

Prerna
