My ans C : 500
Wats the OA ?

there are 5 digits 0,2,4,6,8

for the 'thousands' place we have 4 possible choice 2,4,6,8 ( cant take 0 else it will be a 3 digit no )
for 'hundreds' place have 5 possible choices can pick any of 5 , same goes for tens place and units place

so ans is 4x5x5x5 = 500
