GMAT correction delay

by sac » Wed Nov 28, 2007 12:36 am
hi

i'd like to apply to a B.S in february. I wonder wether I have to take the GMAT exam in early january or if I can wait for a while, taking it later (deadline should be around feb 20th) and claiming the unofficial result in my application form ?

thanks

sac

Your app won't be considered complete until they receive an official score, so make sure you take it at LEAST 4 weeks before the app deadline. Otherwise you miss out altogether. They won't review your app if it's not complete.

Check with the school - they will tell you whether you simply have to take it by the deadline date or whether the official score has to be in the system by the deadline date (which takes 2-3 weeks from the date you take the test).
