Hi all-

Please give me your honest opinion.

I am a 25yr male - 4 years of Sales and Trading work experience at a top firm. I have an international background and have a 3.7 GPA from Liberal Arts Undergrad school and a 600 GMAT. I'm thinking about retaking the test but want to apply early to some schools (and then just update my scores if i beat it on my second round).

My essays and recs are very good.. I spent a lot of time to get them right.

I want to apply to USC, Texas, BC and BU. Do I stand a chance at any of those?

Thanks for your post. As you probably know, its hard to gauge your candidacy into these MBA programs based on profile/stats, as much of the decision is based on your essays, LORs, interview performance.

However, your GMAT score is on the lower end - esp for a school like USC and likely Texas. Esp in this ultracompetitive admissions year, where it will be difficult to get admission unless you are on top of all aspects of your application. Therefore, I would consider re-taking the GMAT score and shooting for the high 600 range.

Regards,

N
