What is the tens digit of positive integer R?

1. The tens digit of R/10 is 3.
2) The hundreds digit of 10R is 6.

Dont have the OA though.....

The answer should be B.

10 times R will always cause the resulting value to have a trailing zero. For example if R is 62 then 10R is 620 and if we know the hundreds digit, then we can find out the tens digit of the original integer.

1) Unit digit is 3 = insuf

13,43,1892183, and etc


2) Ten digit is 6 - suf

62 x10 = 620

B
