How heavily do UNANSWERED questions weigh?

by ecsully » Mon Oct 05, 2009 2:35 pm
I need help boosting my confidence...With a month and a half left to study, I took my second practice test yesterday and recieved a score I am frankly too embarrassed to mention...In the Quant section I actually managed to UNANSWER 6 questions as I ran completely out of time. Should I really be THAT down about my score and inability to understand the content OR do unanswered questions have that big of an affect on your score, in which case it's just a matter of getting the timing down??

i dont know the exact weight, but unanswered questions matter much more than getting one wrong. you should never ever leave a question unanswered... obviously, you're going to need to work on your timing, but if you ever run into a situation where you have 30 secs- 1 min left, just guess on the last few

You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right, but it will not come near you.
