GMAT prep question

This is actually a fairly easy problem, in my opinion.

Since PQ and PR are parallel to coordinate axes.
By combining information from both statements we can figure out:

Value for Y at point R = Value for Y at Point P AND
Value for X at point Q = Value for X at Point P

Hence all we need is add these two values i.e. -1 and 1.
