at 530 looking to get to 640+
This topic has expert replies
I have been studying for about 3 months and only now is my score up to 530. I took the princeton review course with a private tutor and have been throuhg all the questions in the OG as well as the practice material on the princeton review student tools site. I'm hoping to get at least a 640 or higher. Currently i'm working through the paper practice tests from the mba.com website i purchased all nine and have made it through 3 of them. I understand the concepts at least i feel i do but i'm having trouble with time. so i've been timing each section and hoping that my score will go up... do you have any suggestions that would help me reach my desired score?

you've been preping for 3 months .
its time to take timed simulation CATs
there are many CATs available... GMATprep is most reliable though you need to practise with other CATs as well.

Take a look at the GMAT Resource Wiki, and look at the strategy recommendations I have there. I would recommend a study strategy that heavily emphasizes systematic analysis of your weaknesses.
I agree with Johny though that the first thing you should do is take a GMATPrep test to guage your performance--these tests are the most telling.
