Hi C-
Thanks for your message. Sounds like you are an excellent candidate for a top MBA program. No, I do not believe your age will be a significant factor in admission to H/S. Yes, those programs are trending lower in age/WE, but I do not think that will have an impact your application. If you were in your mid-30s, that might be an issue.
