People who score that low on verbal generally need to work on fundamentals before tackling GMAT problems. My advice to you is that you should spend the next few months reading lots of well written material so that you develop an "ear" for good grammar and the reading skills required on the CR and RC sections. Then, maybe in June, start studying for the GMAT again.
Happy reading!

The vocabulary on the GMAT isn't usually that difficult, other than the technical words in the science reading passages (which are hard even for native English speakers!). If you are comfortable reading everyday written material such as newspapers and magazines, you'll be okay.
