This problem was really a hard nut to crack, specially the "+" sign was really confusing, though I am not sure of the answer.

z+4 = m
y+e =n

m+n

z+4+y+e

z+e = 10
y+4=-5, y=-9

z+4+y+e

-9+10+4 = 5

Hence C.

Whats the OA?
