Para1 : Talks about a management principle TQM and how it is aligned scientifically and structurally.

Para2 : Implementation OF TQM is organizations. It talks about the the strategies of TQM.


The option u hav chosen is wrong because the second para actually about the implementation and strataties of TQM and not it exceptions

Option C : this is right because the author claims that TQM is adopted to improve the organization performance in para1. The second para qualifies the claim..

Other option can be easily eliminated.
